• Improve the surgical skills & procedures performing of the junior residents / physician
• Know how to identify & manage obstetric emergencies safely
• Know how to identify & manage gynecology emergencies safely
• Know the common medical conditions in pregnancy and how to approach them
• Build up mental and knowledge skill in planning their residency journey and career
• Train the junior residents in how to engage in effective communication, when and how to seek senior physicians help
• Train junior residents in how to document patient information efficiently and how to voice-over medical dictation
• Provide detailed overview about all educational material and EBM resources in practice
